Spigen Fan Blades Broke, They Say User Error
In just 15 days, I bought three rechargeable hand fans from their website, spigen.com.tr. Unfortunately, during that time, one of the fan blades on one of the fans broke, making the product unusable, I was using the fan, when I experienced an unexpected incident, heard a sudden "crack" sound and one of the blades detached. reached out to Spigen's customer support and sent them the faulty fan. Surprisingly, they insisted that the problem was caused by my mistake, even though I was simply using the fan in the usual way. especially since I bought three of these fans and had no intention of causing any harm to them. Even though I raised my concerns, Spigen completely ignored the defect and sent me a replacement fan. Due to the delicate blades, all three fans have become unusable. they should take responsibility and fix things for me!!!
