Delayed Refund from Spigen


I purchased a Spigen case, but unfortunately, it has not been delivered yet, and I have been unable to reach them through phone calls. I used to believe that Spigen was a trustworthy and dependable brand, but my perception has changed. Dealing with all this trouble for a mere ₺150-160 case is simply not worth it. It is quite frustrating when there is no response to phone calls, customer service representatives are difficult to reach, and emails are left unanswered. I find it quite disheartening, and I won't easily forget about this. It's truly disappointing to see companies behaving in such a manner.
