On the 12th of August, I bought two phone cases from Spigen, but when I got them, I wasn't happy with them. I sent them back the next day without messing up the packaging. But my refund hasn't been taken care of yet. There have been a lot of emails back and forth with promises of action "tomorrow" that have left me frustrated and let down. The amount in question is 650 TL, and I don't think it's fair that I have to wait this long. This is not acceptable for a company with a good name like Spigen, and I'm thinking about taking my case to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
