Spigen Turkey Causing Distress To Many People

Dear Sir/Madam, I have encountered a really bad experience with Spigen Turkey and I thought you might want to hear this and maybe help with the issue since this attitude is damaging and will damage your brand reputation even more in the future. I tried to buy a few cases on 5 January 2024 on www.spigen.com.tr and in total it cost around ₺900, but I forgot to pay it and I tried to buy the same stuff on 8 January 2024 (today). Prices were changed and it was ₺1319.81, but I thought this was my bad, I forgot to pay and probably they applied New Year's prices, so I didn't complain and tried to pay the price. I tried with 5 different cards from 3 banks at 15:43 and couldn't make the payment. I called customer service and the Spigen Turkey employee told me that it must be something with my bank or my browser. I exactly did what she said but since I couldn't get a result, I also emailed to their mail [email protected]. They told me pretty much the same things. So I tried on another computer. At 16:34, on the very same day, in 51 minutes; the price went up from ₺1319.81 to ₺3299.52. That is a %150 price increase in 51 minutes. The price was 2.5 times what it was before. You have worked on your products for many years, come up with innovations, and spent probably millions of dollars on R&D, designs, etc... And an ignorant distributor damages your reputation in a distant country of 85 million people, turning all your efforts into vain because "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link." I just wanted to give you a heads-up as I have already sent my complaints to Consumer Arbitration Committee and the most famous complaint website called www.sikayetvar.com. I would recommend you check the site using Google translate because I saw many complaints, and sadly your distributor does not care much about customer satisfaction.
