Abdullah's Thank You Message
“Upon my complaint, the customer representative solved the problem. I thank them.”

I purchased a Spigen GaN 45W charger, which arrived on February 17, 2025. It was advertised as a low-heat, high-efficiency charger, but in reality, it overheats excessively to an alarming degree. This level of heat is far from normal for any charger, let alone one that claims to have "overheating protection."

I specifically bought this charger to use with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, but when I plugged it in, I felt a mild electric shock while touching the tablet. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is marketed as safe.

I demand an immediate resolution from Spigen—either a replacement with a properly functioning charger or a full refund. A brand that advertises safety should not sell a product that puts users at risk.
