In April 2023, I purchased a 20W fast charger from the official Spigen Turkey website. Despite being pricier than Apple's counterpart, I chose it with confidence. Upon immediate testing, the charger, expected to be 20W, consistently delivered 27W during speed tests. I verified this across various devices, and the results remained consistent. I shared my test results with screenshots via email to inquire about the discrepancy, aiming to understand the reason and potential harm to my device. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response.

About 1-2 months later, my phone started experiencing sudden shutdowns every 2-3 days. Additionally, there was excessive heating during charging, leading to a 12% decrease in my battery health within 6 months. Having relocated from Istanbul to Mugla, I am unable to return the product as I no longer have the original packaging. Even if I could, the replacement would likely be another unit from the same flawed production batch.

The issues don't end there. Since the product is sold wirelessly, I use an Apple original cable. However, I encountered a major issue with the charging port. Due to its deep design, even the original cable does not fit securely, as depicted in the attached photos. The cable easily disconnects with slight movement, resulting in several instances where it appeared to be charging but wasn't. I constantly have to monitor and apply pressure for a secure connection.

It's perplexing how Spigen could release a product with such manufacturing defects, especially when purchased directly from their official website. I am disappointed in Spigen for delivering a product of this quality.

Note: One month ago, I sent the faulty Spigen adapter, which adversely affected my phone battery (tests available), to their attention. The shipment was delivered, but I have yet to receive any response. I am now without an adapter, and my phone is not functioning as it used to. I kindly request a prompt resolution and a response at your earliest convenience.

"Are you prioritizing customer satisfaction? Well, I think people should read and decide for themselves. Following this post, Ms. Tuğba, an employee of Anka Mobil Tedarik Inc., called me and asked why I was threatening them. When I asked how I threatened them, she mentioned the email I sent to their headquarters and the post I wrote on Şikayetvar.com. I reminded her that when I called them before writing those posts to resolve the issue, their employee on the phone said, "You can do whatever you want, we can't help you." Then they offered to give me a 1000 TL discount voucher. My intention here is not to extort money but to rectify the wrongdoing. No one who loves this country can raise prices by 2.5 times within an hour at their whim. No one who loves their company and brand can keep a customer waiting for more than an hour with error messages during the purchasing process, and then, as if mocking, raise the price and ignore it. You are fueling inflation, people like you are fueling it. I stated that I wanted a discount voucher only for the difference in price, neither a penny less nor more; because I spent hours on your site due to the prices I initially saw during the payment process. She said she would speak to the authority and get back to me. She didn't. Five days passed, I called and said if you are going to resolve it, resolve it. She stalled again and did not return. Moreover, a rather strange situation occurred with the company owner. If this attitude continues, I will explain that as well. He probably thought I would share screenshots. We know these moves, I can explain without sharing, no problem. Thankfully, this site exists. Since there is stalling, exorbitant price increases, and strange tactics, let the whole world hear about it then. I hope you resolve this soon and that Anka Mobil Tedarik Inc. does not deliver another blow while your country is struggling with inflation."
