My New Samsung S22 Overheats Severely Even with Original Cable
Hello, I bought a Samsung S22 from an authorized dealer just one week ago, and I’m already experiencing a serious overheating issue. The phone heats up so much during use that it feels like it might explode in my hand or against my face—especially with the current hot weather.
This level of heat is not only uncomfortable but also deeply concerning. I’ve been using the original Samsung cable and charger, and yet the issue persists. For such a premium phone, this kind of performance is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a global brand like Samsung.
A brand-new device shouldn’t have such flaws right out of the box. I demand a prompt solution—whether it’s a diagnosis, repair, or replacement. Samsung must take responsibility and address this issue immediately before it becomes a safety hazard.
