Spectrum TV Channels Flash Black Screens, Blurry Videos

Some channels flash like a lightbulb going out, and then there's a black screen of doom. And it's ALWAYS the channel I want to watch! it began in january 2024, the useless advice I got over and over again was, "Just unplug the box and wait 10 minutes." The third time they tried this "solution," they finally said my box might be broken. Both my DVR and regular channels like to freeze up for no reason. It changes from a clear video to a blurry slideshow very quickly. this isn't a "minor inconvenience." This completely gets in the way of my enjoyment of TV! Fix these frequent technical problems and give me a long-term solution, not just a reboot routine from tech support hell.
