Turkcell Superonline TV Box Freezing Issue

Since its launch, I've been a loyal user of Turkcell Superonline and TV Box. However, for the past 1.5-2 years, I've been experiencing constant freezing, buffering, sound issues, and loss of playback functionality while watching TV (which is the main reason I use it). Every time I call for assistance, they direct me to a dealer, but the technicians who visit end up replacing either my cables, modem, or TV box, without resolving the core issue. It's a cycle of frustration with zero solutions. Fed up, I contacted Turkcell directly for a resolution. But the representatives absurdly claim it's not their fault, blaming the dealers instead (this just adds fuel to the fire). When I insist on filing a complaint, they keep bouncing me back to the dealer, and no matter what I say, the person on the other end keeps repeating the same things like a broken record, driving me to the edge. Tomorrow marks the end of my subscription, and I'm canceling it for good.
