Panel Failure in LG 55CX OLED TVs Within the First Three Years of Use

I purchased an LG 55CX OLED TV on March 14, 2021, and on January 1, 2024, the screen suddenly stopped working. Attempts to reset the TV resulted in sporadic functionality, working for a few minutes before shutting down again and refusing to turn it back on. The service team diagnosed a fault and recommended replacing the panel. They asserted that this malfunction was not due to user error and could happen during normal usage. Registering a complaint through their website's "Write to the President" section yielded a response affirming the correctness of the repair cost estimate, offering no resolution or acknowledgment of the issue. I'm seeking a free-of-charge panel replacement or a replacement TV with similar or equivalent specifications.
