Bein Sports Asked Me to Pay for Fixing Their Channel Issue
I’ve been a Bein Sports user for about 10–12 years, but I’m honestly tired of the experience now. The channels I was watching on my current TV suddenly disappeared. Despite trying the setup process 2–3 times and calling customer service, my issue still hasn’t been resolved. Not only was there no solution, but I was also told that a technician needed to be sent and that this service would come with a fee. Why should I pay for a problem that clearly originates from Bein Sports and not from me? Why is the user being charged for something they didn’t cause? I demand that my issue be resolved immediately. I hope the necessary steps are taken and that you assist me in deciding whether or not to renew my expired subscription.
