Profilo Fridge Frost Buildup and Not Cooling Problem Continues



my fridge had this frost buildup and not cooling properly on December 14, 2022, So, we did what the customer rep said and unplugged it for 72 hours. Then we plugged it back in and crossed our fingers that it would start working again. But, there wasn't any progress. So, on January 11, 2023, we gave them another call to let them know about the issue, and they sent out a service tech to take a look. It has had so many parts replaced - like the seal, thermostat, and sensors - crazy. Even after trying hard, the problem still didn't go away. they took my fridge away for 25 days and then brought it back saying they fixed it. But, the same thing happened again. on May 13th they replaced a sensor, but the issue was still there. on June 1st, they put in a new thingy under the thermostat, and boom, same and all... on Thursday, June 8th, the service is coming back to check things out. I'm curious to see what they'll change this time around. every time those service technicians come around, they end up breaking something else or causing a new issue. check out these pics, can we get someone in charge to listen to us? How's this fridge gonna get fixed? just try to imagine how we feel and get why we're so frustrated. it's been half a year and I just can't even put into words how bummed out I am. If you can't fix this fridge, should we just toss it? where's the customer satisfaction at? where's the solution at? I wanna swap out my fridge for a brand-spanking new one.
