TCL TV Loses Display, Darkens During Black Scenes

my experience has been nothing short of regrettable, the lack of both service and individuals willing to address issues makes it worse than worse.... There seems to be no avenue to resolve the recurring problems I am facing with the television, and each time I seek assistance, receive responses along the lines of 'We don't see any issues with the product.'Let me tell you then, your thing goes dark all the time, the screen consistently darkens during black scenes, significantly affecting the image quality and making it reminiscent of outdated tube televisions.
