No Update on Smeg Thermos Ordered on Sept 21, Requesting Refund

I placed an order for a Smeg thermos on September 21, but I have yet to receive any updates or information about the shipment. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I now want a full refund. Despite the site’s frequent advertisements, it’s clear from other complaints that it’s unreliable. Why isn’t anything being done to close the site or their Instagram account if there are so many issues? It’s disappointing that no action has been taken by the Ministry of Trade to address this. I’m expecting an immediate resolution and refund.
