I placed an order for a Smeg thermos on September 25, 2024, through the Glanzendhome website, and it still hasn’t been shipped. When I try to track the order using the number on the invoice, it says the order cannot be found. I can’t follow up on the shipping, nor can I check the status of my order. Their Instagram is locked for messages, and there’s no contact number available. Even the comments section on their posts is disabled. I need an urgent response to resolve this and for my order to be shipped immediately!
