I Can’t Track My Imile Shipment After June 12 Customs Update in İstanbul

According to the tracking information, my package arrived in İstanbul on June 12 and supposedly cleared customs the same day. But since then, I haven't received any updates whatsoever. It’s been days, and I’m completely in the dark about where my shipment is or when it will be delivered.

What makes this even more upsetting is that the delivery was time-sensitive, and I was assured it would arrive on time. Now I’m stuck without any way to reach customer service—there’s no phone number, no email, nothing that actually provides a real response or support.

It’s unacceptable that a company handling international shipments can go completely silent after customs clearance. I demand an immediate update on the status of my parcel and a proper communication channel to speak with someone directly. Customers deserve transparency and support when delays occur. Imile, fix this now!
