Smallpdf Keeps Charging My Card After Free Trial—No Way to Cancel

I signed up for a Smallpdf free trial and provided my credit card details, assuming I would have the option to cancel before being charged. However, I recently noticed that Smallpdf has been deducting money from my account without my knowledge. I never received any notification about these charges, and now, when I try to cancel the subscription, it doesn’t allow me to do so.

This is completely unfair and misleading. A free trial should not turn into ongoing charges without clear consent. I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a refund for the unauthorized payments. Smallpdf must fix this issue and ensure users are not unfairly charged after their trial ends!
