Missing Slazenger Order - Urgent Refund Request
I ordered several pairs of sports shoes from Slazenger’s official website using my credit card, but more than 10 days have passed, and my order still hasn’t been shipped. When I contacted the shipping company, they informed me that the items had not yet been handed over to them. I reached out to Slazenger customer service multiple times, and they claimed the products were lost, while the shipping company insists they never received them. When I pointed this out to Slazenger, I received no response. Despite the order never being shipped, I haven’t received a refund either. I will never purchase anything from Slazenger again and do not recommend the brand. I request that my payment be refunded as soon as possible.
