Slazenger Ignored My Order Cancellation Request and Refund

I placed an order from the Slazenger store but submitted a cancellation request just two hours later, before the order was shipped. Despite this, neither my refund has been processed nor have I received any response.

I contacted customer service and sent an email, but I have yet to receive any reply or resolution. This lack of communication and action is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Slazenger, I expect my refund to be processed immediately. Ignoring customer requests like this damages your reputation and trustworthiness. Please address this issue promptly and ensure proper follow-up to avoid further dissatisfaction.
