Slazenger Order Delayed Despite 24-Hour Shipping Promise
On December 2, 2024, I ordered two pairs of shoes from Slazenger’s official website (Order ID: TS02121969451). While placing my order, the site clearly stated that the items would be shipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled.
I contacted customer service to express my urgency and was reassured that my request was noted and the items would be shipped immediately. Despite their assurances, there has been no progress, and my order remains unshipped. I specifically chose Slazenger due to their 24-hour shipping guarantee, which has now caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue—either ship my order promptly or process a cancellation so I can purchase elsewhere. Please address this promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction.
