Skywell Apple CarPlay Not Working Despite Paid Dongle Purchase

Hello Skywell representative, I have previously written about some of these issues. Only one person called me once, and they were unable to answer my questions. We write, you read, but there is no solution.

First, I want to make it clear that I am not someone who criticizes the vehicle unfairly—I genuinely enjoy driving it. However, it does have shortcomings, and I am a knowledgeable user. There are serious issues with Android Auto; the connection constantly drops and it cannot be used properly. Apple CarPlay is completely unusable. You released a new dongle, and I paid for it, but it freezes and the connection keeps dropping. It seems like it was released to customers without proper testing. I had to return it to my dealer on Saturday.

The radio does not function properly either. Please provide a functional and up-to-date software system for our vehicles. I also do not understand why we have to pay extra for Apple CarPlay.
