I’ve had my vehicle for 15 days. First of all, I want to say that I genuinely enjoy driving it. However, there are serious software shortcomings. The vehicle does not have its own fully developed software ecosystem. For such a technologically advanced car, Android Auto has major issues—the connection constantly drops and cannot be used properly. When I unlock my phone, the connection disconnects; when I lock it, it disconnects again. In addition, there are frequent short interruptions.
I went to the dealership and a software update was performed, but the issue was not resolved. I considered purchasing a new dongle, but after reading comments in user groups and here, I decided against it. Even the radio does not function properly. I am requesting that a functional and up-to-date software system be provided for our vehicles.
As someone who has previously used a Tesla, I chose this vehicle knowing certain features it offered. However, seeing that even very basic features do not function properly is disappointing, and I am starting to worry that these issues may never be fixed. I also do not understand why we are required to pay extra for Apple CarPlay.
