Skywell EV Won’t Charge and Now Won’t Start

My Skywell vehicle with license plate 27A*F 465 has been experiencing charging issues for about a month. At first, the problem occurred intermittently, but even after trying different charging stations, the issue continued. I first took the car to the service center in Gaziantep, but they neither properly addressed the issue nor resolved it. I was then directed to the service center in Adana, where I was told there was a problem with the charging socket and that it had been repaired. However, once I started using the vehicle again, the same problem returned.

Today, the vehicle would not start at all. Although the screen lights up, it will not shift into gear or move. My vehicle is still under warranty and is not even two years old. Despite speaking with both the service centers and customer support multiple times, I have not received a solution. I also paid $23 to the Gaziantep service center, yet the problem still persists.

I demand that my vehicle be repaired as soon as possible and that these issues be permanently resolved.
