Tesla Failed to Resolve My Vehicle’s Charging and Software Problems
I am deeply disappointed by a series of issues I've encountered with my Tesla vehicle. Firstly, I’ve faced serious charging problems, including the battery failing to provide the expected range and the charging speed being extremely slow. Additionally, the navigation system frequently offers incorrect directions, and after recent software updates, certain functions, such as autonomous driving and parking assistance, have stopped working properly, raising safety concerns. I also noticed that the interior materials are wearing out and showing signs of deformation far too quickly. When I contacted Tesla customer service, they were unable to resolve these issues effectively, and the response time was unreasonably long. These kinds of problems are unacceptable, especially given the high price I paid for the vehicle. I request that my issues be addressed as soon as possible and that more attention is given to customer satisfaction.
