Skullcandy Dime Left Earbud Not Working Despite Charging

There's something wrong with my Skullcandy Dime earbuds. The right speaker works great, but the left one doesn't do anything at all. Following the "press and hold" directions for two seconds several times has tried to reset it, but the left earbud still won't turn on or work. It does show a charging light when put in the case, which is strange. This means it's not the battery.

Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible. It's annoying to buy something that doesn't work right after being handled carefully. Skullcandy, please tell me how to fix this or repair the broken earbud under the warranty. We need to act quickly.
