Soundcore Liberty 4 Right Earbud Stopped Working Suddenly

I purchased the Soundcore Liberty 4 earbuds two months ago, and they were working perfectly until the right earbud suddenly stopped producing sound. I initially thought it might be a charging issue, but even after checking, there’s no connection. The earbud doesn’t appear connected in the device's app either.
No sound is coming from the right earbud, and its sensor isn’t functioning either. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds multiple times, but the issue persists.
Soundcore, this is highly disappointing for a recently purchased product. I expect immediate assistance to resolve this issue, whether through repair, replacement, or guidance on a fix. Please address this problem promptly to restore functionality!
