Skullcandy Crusher Wireless Battery and Sound Issues—Requesting Refund or Resolution

I purchased Skullcandy Crusher Wireless headphones and used them without issue for about a month. Then the sound quality became muffled, and another month later, the battery stopped working. When I charge the headphones, the green light comes on, but as soon as I disconnect them, the battery immediately dies.

I sent them in under warranty, and they claimed the headphones were replaced. Everything arrived in new packaging, but the same issues persisted. I charged them for an hour, the green light appeared, but the battery still drained instantly. This recurring issue has become unbearable.

Skullcandy, if this isn’t resolved, I will file a claim with the Consumer Rights Board. I demand either a refund or a permanent fix for this defective product.
