Thank you for resolving the issue.

On December 19, 2024, I purchased the Skullcandy Dime 3 True Wireless earbuds (Order No: 345GV1612A). Unfortunately, the right earbud doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t light up, produce sound, or connect, even after charging.

I requested an exchange for a functional product or a refund, but I’ve had no progress despite multiple attempts to contact customer support. They claimed they responded to my email, but I’ve received nothing. I also reached out via their support line, WhatsApp, and Instagram, yet there’s been no reply. Instead, their Instagram account posts about satisfied users, ignoring unresolved complaints like mine.

Skullcandy, I expect a prompt resolution. Either replace the faulty earbuds or issue a refund immediately. Your lack of customer care is unacceptable.
