Skullcandy Dime True Earbuds Have Low Volume and Connectivity Issues After 3 Months

I purchased the Skullcandy Dime True earbuds, and after just three months, the left earbud started producing noticeably lower sound. Additionally, the earbuds experience brief connectivity interruptions. I filled out the service forms on Skullcandy’s official website, but I have yet to receive any response.

This lack of customer support is unacceptable. I chose Skullcandy expecting reliable quality, but it has turned out to be a regrettable decision. I need a resolution for this issue, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund. Ignoring customer complaints damages trust in the brand. I demand Skullcandy address this problem promptly and provide proper support to ensure customer satisfaction.
