Anker R50i TWS Right Earbud Sound Level Dropped Significantly

I purchased the Anker R50i TWS earbuds two months ago and was initially very satisfied with their performance. However, the sound level on the right earbud has gradually decreased to the point where it is now barely audible. The left earbud still functions perfectly with excellent sound quality, but the right one’s low volume has become a major issue.
I’ve tried resetting the earbuds, but it didn’t resolve the problem. I’m disappointed to experience such a defect after only two months of use. Why is this issue happening, and how can it be fixed? I need assistance from Anker to either repair or replace the defective earbud. Please address this problem promptly.
