Skechers Sports Shoes with Surface Cracks and Fabric Detachment

I bought a pair of Skechers sports shoes, and after three months, I saw small cracks and pieces of fabric coming off. When I sent them in for inspection, I was told that it wasn't a problem with how they were made. Do the shoes have to be completely broken for it to be considered a problem with how they were made? I couldn't get it. Now, I have no choice but to go to the Consumer Court to get what's rightfully mine. I chose Skechers at first to avoid quality problems and a lack of customer service, but I now regret my choice. I want my money back right away for what I bought. Shame on you Skechers.
