Skechers Shoes Falling Apart After 4 Months

I'm very upset that my Skechers shoes started coming apart on both sides just 4 months after I bought them. The fact that they say the problem isn't caused by production flaws makes me wonder about how well they make things. Shouldn't low-quality work be considered a flaw? Only 4 months ago, I paid 1,750 TL for these shoes, so it's sad to see them wear out so quickly. I bought them from an official store and got an invoice with the number 1-R-7-7397215. The product code is 232005 BBK. I want either a refund or another one of the same thing. This has made me angry and makes me wonder how long Skechers' products will last.
