Skechers Rejected Return of Unworn, Intact Sneakers

I just bought my spouse a pair of shoes from the official Skechers website, skechers.com.tr. they came, the shoes didn't fit their feet right, so I had to send them back for a return. It's been like three weeks and still waiting to see if anything's happened. To make matters worse, I got a message today saying they denied my return request. we gave these shoes a shot and checked them out, but they just don't fit right. Any basic company would totally take a return like this. How can you even say no? Also, if I wait any longer, they might be like, "Sorry, time's up, can't do anything about it now." I sent those shoes back on the second day they came in. Can you please fix this and give me the return code ASAP? Thanks!
