Skechers Refused to Help After My Shoes Wore Out in Just One Month of Use

I bought a pair of Skechers athletic shoes from an authorized dealer, and after just one month of regular use, the inner heel area started to wear out. I sent the product for inspection through the store where I purchased it, but my issue was rejected. They claimed the tear was due to user error and blamed me for the damage. I sent it in a second time, and it was rejected again. I still don’t understand how the back of my foot could have caused such wear. The response I received was a generic, computer-generated reply on a single sheet of paper. I’ve used even lower-end brands for much longer without issues, yet I paid ₺3,300 for these shoes. Even though the model is supposed to be suitable for daily use, I can’t imagine what might happen with extended wear—at this rate, they’ll be trash in no time. I bought these shoes hoping for higher quality, but I can’t even wear them. Cheaper brands stand behind their products more consistently. What I’ve experienced is a serious injustice.
