I bought a pair of shoes from the Izmir Optimum Skechers store in November 2022 for 1800 TL, but after only 3 months of use, there were holes on both sides of both shoes. When I took the shoes to the store's warranty department in February 2023, they said there was no problem with the way they were made and I had 30 days to return them or they would be destroyed. This is not good customer service from a company that can't even admit that their product is broken after only 3 months. If there were no mistakes in making shoes with seams on the sides, it would be clear that they were just made poorly. I really don't think you should buy anything from this store because it's a waste of money.
