Skechers Shoe Falls Apart, Customer Service Blames User Error
I bought a pair of shoes from the Adana Optimum store on May 26, 2023, and the edges and mesh areas of the shoes started tearing just two months later. I returned them to the store on August 29, 2023, for examination, and they returned them. However, I hadn't received any updates as of September 16, 2023, so I decided to call. They claimed it was a user error, which surprised me. It's absurd to think that a pair of shoes I've only had for two months would be in this condition because of how I wear them. Are we supposed to buy Skechers shoes to sleep in rather than walk in? This excuse from a large corporation is unacceptable. Skechers, you're a liar. Skechers, I hope you take responsibility for the quality of your products and provide a satisfactory solution for your customers.
