As a family, we’ve always loved and trusted the Skechers brand. In November 2024, I bought a pair of Skechers sneakers—especially selected for my heel spur condition, so I opted for a model with a specialized sole. I was genuinely happy with my purchase… at first. But just 3 months later, the right sole began to come apart.
Since I purchased the shoes from Boyner, I returned them there, expecting a simple return or exchange. My request was rejected. I sent them for inspection a second time, and again, it was denied. They claimed it was user error, but I only wear these for walking and work—nothing that should cause damage this quickly, especially not to just one sole.
What’s worse is that due to these inspection processes, I haven’t been able to wear the shoes since February. I paid nearly ₺5,000, expecting quality and brand accountability. Instead, I’ve been left with frustration and disappointment.
I’m now escalating the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board, because I won’t accept being ignored. Skechers, this is not how a global brand should treat loyal customers. If this isn’t resolved, my entire family will stop using your brand—and we certainly won’t be recommending it to others.
