We purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers (size 23, for a 3-year-old) on March 19, 2025. Not even a month later, the shoes started falling apart. The toe areas are peeling, and the plastic parts have separated from the shoe entirely.
This is unacceptable—these are toddler shoes. How much wear can a 3-year-old possibly put on a pair of sneakers in just a few short weeks? It’s outrageous to sell a product at this price (₺) that can’t even withstand light toddler use. What are we supposed to do—keep them in a closet as decoration?
It’s clear the shoes are likely defective from production, especially since the damage occurred after just the first couple of wears. We are asking Skechers for a full product exchange. Please stand by the quality of your brand and resolve this issue promptly.
