New Skechers Kids Shoes Damaged After One Hour - Need Help!
On May 15, 2025, around 7:30 PM, I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from the Süper Kids store for my 3-year-old son. Since my son didn’t want to take them off after trying them on in the store, he kept them on. About an hour later, when we returned to the store, I noticed some stains on the shoes. Thinking they might just be dirty, I tried wiping them off, but it looked like the leather was actually peeled or damaged. How can a pair of shoes that cost ₺3,200 end up in such condition after just one hour of use? My son is 3 years old and not new to wearing shoes—we’ve used many other brands before and never experienced anything like this. This was my first experience with the Skechers brand. Could you please help me? I’m waiting for your solution.
Unfortunately, even though it has been 15 days, I have not received any response. I really wonder if it is that difficult to resolve the issue of scratched paint on a shoe that has been painted over.
