2I purchased a Skechers t-shirt on 23/05/2025 and received it on 12/07/2025. From the moment I unpacked the item, it was clear that it was defective—the bottom part had a hole in it. I expected better quality control from a brand like Skechers.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to benefit from the product at all, and what’s worse, there has been no support or proper exchange process. I reached out hoping for a color change or at least a replacement, but nothing was offered. No solution, no responsibility—just silence.
I’m deeply disappointed. A brand like Skechers should stand behind its products. If you're promoting premium quality, then you should provide quality control and support when things go wrong. I request an immediate exchange or refund for this faulty item. Please show your customers the respect they deserve.
