This is now the fourth pair of Skechers sneakers I’ve purchased from Sneakers, and once again I’m dealing with the exact same issue: the shoes are tearing from the sides long before their expected lifespan. This repeated defect is not just disappointing—it seriously damages my trust in the brand and your company’s reputation.
All of these shoes were purchased under warranty. None of them suffered any impact or misuse. Yet every time I request an exchange or refund, I’m met with delays under the excuse of “time-related issues.” That is unacceptable. According to the Consumer Protection Regulation, when a defective product is delivered, the seller is legally required to either repair the defect, replace the product, or refund the payment—without burdening the customer with delays or extra effort.
Here is what I am formally demanding:
An immediate replacement or cash refund for the most recent defective pair
Resolution of all pending complaints I’ve previously submitted
A review and overhaul of your quality control process to prevent this recurring issue
If this issue is not resolved within 10 business days from the delivery of this notice, I will escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and publishing detailed reports on consumer review sites, social media platforms, and relevant business directories.
I believe you still have a chance to restore customer trust and protect your brand reputation. I await a prompt and fair resolution.
