I bought a pair of Skechers shoes, and after just two months, the fabric started to pill and look worn out. I sent them in for inspection, expecting a solution, but they simply replied that there was "nothing they could do"—basically blaming me instead of the poor quality of the product.
I also bought another pair for my son. His shoes faded and started coming apart, and again, Skechers refused to take responsibility. Same excuse, no help.
We paid a premium expecting durability and quality. Honestly, I could’ve bought multiple pairs of cheaper shoes for the price of one Skechers, and they might have lasted longer too. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a brand that won’t stand behind its products.
I expect Skechers to acknowledge these clear quality issues and offer replacements or a full refund.
