I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes, and within just one or two weeks, the mesh fabric started coming apart on its own. I suspected a manufacturing defect and sent the shoes for inspection. My claim was approved, and I was given the same model as a replacement.
However, the exact same issue happened again, with the mesh tearing in the same area. When I sent them for inspection a second time, my claim was denied. I tried again, and once more, Skechers rejected my request.
Clearly, there is a material defect in this shoe, and I am now stuck with a faulty product. I demand a proper resolution, either through a refund or a different, more durable model. Skechers, stop rejecting legitimate claims and take responsibility for product defects!
