Skechers Refused to Honor Warranty on My Shoes Despite Leather Cracking and Fading

I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes, and even though the color had faded and the leather had cracked, the firm refused to exchange them. I sent the shoes in for a second inspection, hoping to get a resolution, but they said there was no manufacturing issue. What upsets me the most is that the product comes with a two-year warranty that specifically covers leather cracking and wear, yet the company isn't sticking by it. I expected a respectable brand like Skechers to honor its warranties and provide better customer service. It's disappointing to see a corporation ignore product faults, and I now regret purchasing from them. I will not buy from Skechers again.
