On July 6, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from the Skechers store located in Ganjlik Mall, Baku, Azerbaijan. To my complete disappointment, the shoes fell apart entirely just 14 days after purchase, becoming completely unusable. I’ve always trusted Skechers for its quality and durability, but this experience has completely shattered that trust.
I immediately returned to the store to report the issue. However, the store manager refused both an exchange and a refund, offering no solution whatsoever. For a shoe to break down in just two weeks — and for Skechers to deny all responsibility — is absolutely unacceptable.
According to consumer protection laws, I am entitled to a refund or exchange for a product that fails within a reasonable usage period. This is clearly a defective item, not caused by misuse, and the fact that the store is ignoring this fact only adds to the frustration.
I am formally requesting either:
✅ A full refund for the defective product,
✅ Or a replacement pair of the exact same model.
Skechers must take ownership of this issue and resolve it promptly. Customers should never be left unsupported with a faulty product just two weeks into use.
