Skechers Declined My Request To Return Ripped Sandals

I just bought sandals from the Skechers store at Ankara Mall on July 13, 2024. I was shocked to be given a show item instead of a new one. After only two weeks, the shoes broke. I was really upset, so I called customer service and took the sandals to the Skechers store at İzmir Optimum to ask for a refund or swap. But my request was turned down, even though it was clear that the shoes were just for show and tore within two weeks. This is not what I thought Skechers would do. I thought that as a name that stands for quality, they would stand behind their goods. I now have a pair of worn-out shoes that weren't even brand new. It's really disappointing, and I didn't think such a well-known brand would not back them.
