I Face Denied Refund on Skechers GO Run Workout Walker Bought From Emaar Mall


I ordered a pair of Skechers Squad Air shoes (size 38.5) from the official Skechers online store under order number 376988506. The shoes were delivered today to the Optimum store, and I went to pick them up in person. Right in front of the store staff, I tried the shoes on and immediately realized they were too big for me.
I wanted to return them on the spot—unused, unworn, and in perfect condition—but the store staff refused, saying that since I paid online, they couldn’t process the return in-store. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve previously returned online orders directly at the store without any problems. Why has the policy changed with no warning?
It makes no sense that I’m being denied a return for a product I just received and never even wore. I paid with my World credit card, and the refusal to help me at the store left me feeling completely let down as a customer. I’m demanding that Skechers allow in-store returns just as they did in the past—or at the very least, provide a fast and easy alternative solution to resolve this issue. Customers shouldn’t be punished for trying to return a product the moment they find it doesn’t fit.
