Skechers Go Walk Workout Exchange Problem





I bought the product displayed in the photo and invoice from your website, www.skechers.com, with a German extension because the items weren't available in stores in Turkey. I reached out to customer service to let them know that I wanted to exchange the shoes for a smaller size (specifically size 37) because they were too big. Unfortunately, I was told that exchanges can only be done for items bought in-store. I am currently in Turkey and have no plans to travel internationally. Can you explain the distinction between Skechers' products available online versus those found in their physical stores? If online shopping is causing such distress, why allow it for international purchases? Unfortunately, your websites lack any information regarding sizing. I'm stuck with a useless pair of shoes, and it feels like my money has gone down the drain. I have always preferred Skechers as a global brand. I kindly ask for a solution to this inconvenience.
