Defective Skechers Archfit Walking Sandals and Slow Resolution Process
Hello, I purchased Skechers Archfit Walking Sandals (Order No: 1415518) from the Skechers online store on July 8, 2023. The product was delivered to me at 6:28 PM on July 11, 2023. I noticed discoloration on the inner side of the left foot and the back of the right foot after only 3-5 hours of wearing the sandals indoors. I contacted Skechers customer service right away, and they gave me a return number. To expedite the process, they instructed me to send the item back via a specific courier. I followed their instructions and returned it the next day. However, when I called today for an update, I was told that the return number I was given was for a regular review, which would take 2-4 weeks. This handling of my complaint has left me deeply disappointed, especially for a sandal with a lifespan of only 3-5 hours, including barcode stickers intact. I would like a prompt resolution as well as a refund for my inconvenience. Thank you very much.
