Skechers Shoes Premature Sole Openings Defect

On November 27, 2023, I purchased a pair of shoes for daily use with order number 1676488 from https://www.skechers.com. Unfortunately, within two months, the soles of the shoes developed openings. I sent the product to the company for inspection with request number 1-324022. After the examination, I received a message stating that they could not find any manufacturing defects, and they plan to return the product to me. I find it astonishing that, despite the occurrence of sole openings within just two months, especially for outdoor shoes with a sole from a reputed company, they claim there is no manufacturing defect. I am truly disappointed that a brand like this would resort to such excuses. It's regrettable that I recommended this brand to people in my close circle. I won't be doing so anymore.
